Being part of the New England chapter of CMAA has helped me stay up to date and relevant in the ever changing world of club management. The educational topics at chapter meetings and the pursuit of the CCM equips managers with the knowledge and skills to be the leading professional when they return to their club. Education aside, the most profound impact NECMA has had on my career is the friendships and the camaraderie of fellow managers. Club management isn’t an easy job and NECMA is a resource that can help you recharge, learn from each other and realize we are not alone in the pursuit of excellence in our respective clubs.
