The NECMA Foundation and its parent, the New England Chapter - CMAA, the Original Chapter of the Club Management Association of America (CMAA), is highly committed to supporting the advancement of students of culinary and hospitality studies. The future of the Club Management profession lies in the energetic minds of these highly creative students.
- The New England Chapter - CMAA is proud to support five extremely active CMAA Student Chapters:
- University of Massachusetts at Amherst
- Johnson & Wales University, Providence, RI
- University of New Hampshire, Durham, NH
Each year, the NECMA Foundation grants Student Chapter Members' registration fees to the CMAA National Student Education Conference and CMAA Annual World Conference and Club Business Expo.
To qualify, one must be a member of a CMAA Student Chapter within the New England Chapter - CMAA's jurisdiction, i.e, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and States of Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont, and agree to accept with conditions* on behalf of the NECMA Foundation reimbursement of the full student registration fee associated with the Conferences.
*Please note to be eligible for CMAA World Conference or National Student Education Conference registration fee reimbursement, the student's attendance is mandatory at least one New England Chapter - CMAA monthly meeting & education between January 1st thru December 31st the prior year (Social events are exempt; credits must be earned through the New England Chapter - CMAA in order to be eligible for conference fee reimbursement).
