Richard LaPalant, The Worcester Club GM and Peter Cafaro will take you on a trip through the process of completing the recent renovations to the clubhouse. Beginning with member focus groups and ending in an overwhelmingly popular new club concept, they will describe the process from the consultant perspective and the managers perspective

Peter M. Cafaro, Senior Vice President, JBD JGA Design & Architecture

Mr. Cafaro, since joining the company in 1999 has been part of the senior management team at JBD JGA. He is responsible for the marketing and business development of the company as well as the club planning process development. He is a regular participant at regional and national club conferences and education sessions as both attendee and contributor. His in-depth knowledge of the private club industry proves invaluable to the success of our client's projects.

Peter's focus is advising clubs on the content, schedule and process of facility master planning. He is the facilitator of member focus groups and all committee, board and member master plan presentation. Using a psychological approach to gaining membership approval, he works closely with the management and leadership teams overseeing all of the club's master plan communications and presentations including the development of collateral materials.
