Synopsis

As fitness continues on its upward trend in the private club market more and more club managers are focusing on this segment and how it can positively impact club operations and member satisfaction.

Whether you have an existing fitness center or are thinking about adding one, this session will explore the latest trends and identify ways to implement them at your club. We will look into programming and its impact on the various demographics of your membership. We will share information on staffing and how to develop a process to hire and build a professional team to support your fitness center. Lastly, if fitness has not yet been implemented at your club, we will review the building blocks to a successful fitness center and turn your notion into a reality.
