BMI III introduces and expounds upon the General Manager/Chief Operating Officer Concept. Learn how to operate your club as a business and be perceived as its leader. Understand the responsibilities and characteristics of a true GM/COO and review the competency areas required for you to achieve the success you desire. Upon successful completion of BMI III, attendees will receive 30 CMI Education credits toward their CCM designations.
