JOB OPENING TITLE:
Great Harbor Yacht Club on Nantucket is looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join their team of year round professionals. The Executive Chef is responsible for all food production in two fine dining restaurants, two snack bars and all banquet/event business. The Executive Chef develops all menus in conjunction with the Food & Beverage Director and manages all financial aspects of the department to ensure fiscal success. The right candidate will become an integral part of a small management team and he or she must possess excellent organizational, leadership, and management skills.
Culinary Degree with ten or more years of experience in a similar position.
Commensurate with experience.
