FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
18-hole Semi-Private Country Club located in Western Massachusetts. Approximately 200 Members enjoy seasonal golf, tennis, fitness, swimming and dining with an active social calendar. Dining facilities include a formal dining room seating 200, several informal dining venues along with a seasonal terrace. Functions for up to 300. Seasonal golf events, outdoor grills and Member functions from food stations to elegant table service are offered.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
Club experience, management skills in all areas of the dining room, experience in training of dining room & beverage staff, proven leader that is mature, flexible, creative with a great personality and strong work ethics. The position will report to the Club’s Managing Partner.

Salary: A competitive salary based upon experience and qualifications.
