Vermont National Country Club is a family oriented private country club located 5 miles outside of Burlington, Vermont. The Club has over 470 member families and features an 18 Hole Jack Nicklaus Design Golf Course, Junior Olympic Swimming Pool, Two Har-Tru Tennis Courts and Dining and Banquet Facilities. The Club is open fully 9 months a year and operates on a very limited schedule during the months of January, February and March. The club has many long tenured employees including the Executive Chef that in his sixth year and an Events Manager that is in her seventh.

FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
Vermont National Country Club is a family oriented private country club located 5 miles outside of Burlington, Vermont. CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
The Dining Room Manager will be responsible for all member dining operations in both the Dining Room and Bar. This position is an ideal opportunity for a recent Hospitality graduate seeking a management position within the club industry. The club does approximately $500K in member dining revenue, plus an additional $300K in banquet revenue. Knowledge of Jonas Software is highly desired along with the willingness to work a schedule consisting of many 6-day work weeks. Previous food and beverage management experience along with a strong base in wine knowledge is a plus.

JOB VALUE/COMPENSATION:
$39K salary over 10 months, Health Club Membership, Discounted Meals, 401-K, Golf Privileges, Partial NECMA/CMAA Dues, Health and Dental Insurance eligible.  The start date for the position is March 1st, 2013.
