FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
Cohasset Golf Club, established in 1894, is located in Cohasset, MA, a coastal town approximately 20 miles south of Boston. The club is member owned and currently has approximately 470 members (345 golf, 125 social). It features a newly renovated 18 hole Donald Ross golf course, driving range, and four lighted tennis courts. The traditional style clubhouse has two dining areas open April through November, and a large function room available for wedding and other social events. The club is in sound financial condition with a full golf membership and active Executive Committee.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate for General Manager at Cohasset Golf Club will be energetic, personable and professional. The candidate for the position will have excellent leadership abilities, member relation skills, be detail orientated, and possess knowledge of club operations including food and beverage, golf course maintenance and operation, and extensive experience with clubs of similar nature. Strong financial management skills are required. Candidates will demonstrate proven successes in the delivery of high levels of service and attention to detail. Integrity and visibility with strong interpersonal skills are a priority of the club membership. The General Manager will be responsible for overall club operations and will report to the Club President and the Executive Committee.
