FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
White Cliffs Country Club is a full sevice country club established 1987. This 454 member (354 owner/resident members & 100 non-resident members)private club is seeking a full time controller to oversee the club's financial operation. The club has an 18-hole golf course, 4 Har-Tru tennis courts, four season pool, exercise facility, and private beach. The club includes a full service dining facility that operates 11 months of the year. The club's annual budget is $4.5 million. The controller reports directly to the general manager.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate for controller at White Cliffs Country Club will be energetic and professional with 10 to 15 years experience and a minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. The candidate will possess excellent leadership abilities, interpersonal skills, knowledge of club operations, and be detailed oriented. Strong financial management skills in the areas of accounting and reporting, treasury and risk management are required as well as responsibility for human resources and information technology. Candidates will demonstrate proven success in the delivery of high levels of service and attention to detail.
JOB VALUE/COMPENSATION:
The salary range the club controller position is between $70,000 to $75,000. A compensation benefit include; medical, dental, 401(k)plan.
