The property repesents an 18-hole private country club, rich in history, with a long standing reputation. The club is on solid footing with 400 total members, 250 of which have full golf privledges. The course is regulation length, measuring over 6,400 yards. It is complemented by a full-service multi-purpose clubhouse with member dining and banquet space. In addition, there are nongolf recreational amenities. The Club oversight provided by Board of Governors with a commitment to providing a high quality country club and golf facility. Total club budget is $3.5 million with F&B revenues constituting $1.1 million.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate for the GM position will be energetic, personable and professional. The candidate for the position will have excellent leadership abilities, member relation skills, detailed orientated, and knowledge of club operation including food and beverage, golf course maintenance and operation, and extensive experience with clubs of similar nature. Strong financial management skills are required. Candidates will demonstrate proven successes in the delivery of high levels of service and attention to detail. Integrity and visibility with strong interpersonal skills are a priority of the club membership. The GM position will be responsible for overall club operations and will report to the Club President and Board of Governors.

JOB VALUE/COMPENSATION:
$90,000 - $125,000, plus discretionary bonus based on performance
