Facilities Description:
Martingale Wharf is an exceptional 7 story waterfront brick and granite building perched directly on the marine active Piscataqua River in downtown Portsmouth, NH. The entire 9,000 square foot wharf level including a large private dock and boat slips is currently being finished as exclusive private dining club named Martingale Wharf Club. Anticipated opening is the summer of 2012 with estimated annual sales in the range of $2.5 million.

Position Qualifications:
Business manager will be accountable for all office responsibilities including bookkeeping, reporting, receivables, payables, etc. This position will be responsible for meeting with prospective members and addressing active member’s needs. This position will share in the responsibility of marketing and membership growth. 5+ years of experience required. Business Manager will report to the two owners who successfully run multiple businesses from the same property.

Compensation:
$40,000 plus profit sharing
