CLUB NAME: The Martingale Wharf Club CLUB CITY/STATE: Portsmouth, New Hampshire JOB OPENING TITLE: Executive Chef Facilities Description: Martingale Wharf is an exceptional 7 story waterfront brick and granite building perched directly on the marine active Piscataqua River in downtown Portsmouth, NH. The entire 9,000 square foot wharf level including a large private dock and boat slips is currently being finished as exclusive private dining club named Martingale Wharf Club. Anticipated opening is the summer of 2012 with estimated annual sales in the range of $2.5 million. Position Qualifications: Team leader and meeting members’ expectations are a must. He or she should have prior club experience and possess strong culinary skills. Culinary degree is preferred for this position. Track record of controlling food and labor costs and managing a budget is required. Executive Chef will report directly to Club Manager.
