CLUB NAME: The Martingale Wharf Club CLUB CITY/STATE: Portsmouth, New Hampshire JOB OPENING TITLE: Club Manager Facilities Description: Martingale Wharf is an exceptional 7 story waterfront brick and granite building perched directly on the marine active Piscataqua River in downtown Portsmouth, NH. The entire 9,000 square foot wharf level including a large private dock and boat slips is currently being finished as exclusive private dining club named Martingale Wharf Club. Anticipated opening is the summer of 2012 with estimated annual sales in the range of $2.5 million. Position Qualifications: Club Manager will be responsible for all day to day operations. Directly responsible for food and beverage operations, staff and “working” the floor during operations. This position will share in the responsibility of marketing and membership growth. This position will have support from a dedicated business manager located within the corporate office. 5-10 years of club management experience required. Club Manager will report to the two owners who successfully run multiple businesses from the same property.
