EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF

FACILITIES DESCRIPTION: one of new england's post prestigious country clubs seeks an executive sous chef. dining facilities include a 250 main dining room, a 100 seat grille room, a 10th hole snack bar and pool snack bar.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS: The successful candidate will have demonstrated prior leadership in another Sous Chef role, and will bring the requisite professional experience from working within a combination of settings including; a fine dining restaurant, private country club and/or luxury hotel setting that had responsibility for preparing and executing food and/or catering service for large, private events. The personal characteristics required for this person to be successful in this role include: a passion for food, attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure. In addition, this individual must possess a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and the ability to work well with others.
