EXECUTIVE CHEF

FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
Founded in 1946 Falmouth Yacht Club is a private member owned club with 400 members. The club is open from April 1st to January 15th. The club is a family oriented club located on Vineyard Sound offering youth programs that include Swimming and Sailing. Dinner is served 5 nights a week and Lunch 4 days a week. Club also has a Snack Bar in the summer months open 7 days a week.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
This is a hands on position with the Chef being responsible for training,scheduling and overseeing Kitchen staff.The Chef will be an exceptional cook with experience in ordering and maintaining food costs. Chef is responsible for start up and end of season close down. Prefer a Chef with private club experience.The candidate must have a positive attitude,be detailed oriented,organized keep a clean kitchen and have the ability to be a good mentor to the staff. Would consider a star Sous Chef for this position.

COMPENSATION:
Based on Experience, 100% medical and dental paid. 1 month paid vacation.
