DINING ROOM MANAGER

FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
Framingham Country Club is a private, member-owned Club serving a diverse membership and providing members with a championship 18 hole Golf Course, full-service Dining facilities, Board Room, Swimming Pool with Snack Bar and a Recreation/Fitness Center. Members enjoy many activities including full schedule Men's, Ladies and Junior golf programs; social and Holiday events; pool activities and children's seasonal events.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The dining room manager reports directly to the clubhouse manager. This position is a key role in developing and maintaning a close relationship with the membership and helping the service staff to accomplish the same. Must be a team oriented individual. Responsible for two restaurants, functions, and pool snack bar operations. Must be familiar with aspects of the food and beverage industry. Experience with Jonas POS is a plus but not required. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, be able to work independently and build a team that reflects professionalism and high standards.

COMPENSATION:
A base salery of $40,000 - $50,000 based on experience.
