POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
5-10 years of culinary experience, in progressively responsible positions, culinary degree preferred Club experience required Proven self-starter, strong interpersonal, organizational skills, written and oral and communication skills Creative culinary skills and innovative thinking required Knowledge of the Back of House operations, prior supervisory experience required Ability to read and follow menus and recipes Must be team oriented and demonstrate adaptability to changes in work demands
