FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER
FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
Plymouth Country Club, located in Plymouth, Massachusetts overlooking Cape Cod Bay, was founded in 1910. The private member club has approximately 400 members. The club's facilities include dining room, bar, function room and a championship Donald Ross golf course.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge with Microsoft word, excel and point of sale systems. The ideal candidate should have purchasing experience, especially as it relates to alcohol and food. Experience with controlling inventory and maximizing cash flow are also a plus. This person must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with the Clubhouse Manager and Chef.
COMPENSATION:
Commensurate with experience. This is a new position and is estimated to be a part-time position of 25-30 hours per week.
