ASSISTANT MANAGER
FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
Blue Hill Country Club is a member owned and operated, family oriented facility set on the rolling green acres at the base of Blue Hill. The Club offers 27 holes of championship golf, a brand new heated swimming pool, tennis courts, practice facilities, three members dining areas including patio and pool dining and two large function facilities. There are approximately 300 members. The cluhouse is open 6 days a week in season with restricted operating hour during the winter months
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The Assistant Manager will report directly to the General Manager. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for Clubhouse operations in the General Manager's absence. The Assistant Manager's main focus will be oversight and training of food and beverage with an emphasize on oversight and training of food and beverage personnel. The candidate should be personable and always reflect a positive and professional attitude. The ideal candidate should have an associates or bachelor's degree. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the House Committee and attend all of its scheduled meetings. Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, Jonas Systems and ability to navigate the Members First Website are preferred. Ability to develope team atmosphere and display an strong attention to detail. Servesafe and Alcohol Awareness training as well as a knowledge of food and wine.
COMPENSATION:
Commensurate with experience. Comprehensive Benefits package.
