GENERAL MANAGER
FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
Designed to bring World Class Golf to the Boston area, this 18-hole course is located in scenic Belchertown, Massachusetts. Built in 2010, our new par 71 course includes 6,800 yards set on rolling hills with breathtaking vistas. Each hole has multiple sets of tees enabling golfers of all levels to play an exciting mix of six par 3s, seven par 4s and five par 5s. Even the beginning golfer will appreciate fairways, greens and tees with the latest in bentgrass, bunkers of crushed marble and smooth asphalt cart paths. It's a championship course, meticulously maintained to deliver a challenging and aesthetically pleasing golfing experience every time.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The candidate should have an enthusiastic attitude, be customer service oriented, and have strong personnel and business management skills. 5 years of experience as a gereneral manager is preferred. In addition to overseeing and managing all aspects of the facility, General Manager will assist owners with the next phase of the development.
COMPENSATION:
Salary range $75,000-$90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Bonus will be given depening on yearly performance.
