The Cohasset Golf Club is a family oriented establishment with many fourth generation memberships. Established in 1894 in a coastal community 20 minutes south of Boston, this Club is owned by nearly 500 members. The club includes a newly renovated 18 hole Championship Donald Ross course, driving range and four lighted clay tennis courts as well as both golf and tennis pro shops. The traditional style club house boasts picturesque views on all fronts. Its two dining rooms, open six days a week April through November, accommodate both casual and upscale tastes. Member events range from golf tournament dinners and themed social nights to family fun activities.

ASSISTANT CLUBHOUSE MANAGER

FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous private club experience preferred. Ability to handle multiple tasks. Ability to develop an operational team and delegate responsibility. Displays an attention to detail. Knowledge of food and wine. He/she shall work closely with the Clubhouse Manager, particularly regarding food & beverage operations, function management, payroll, employee recruitment, training and retention, budgets and clubhouse operations. He or she will be responsible for the recruitment and development of a strong food and beverage team as well as staffing for all departments within your purview. He or she will insure professional and personable member interaction in all areas. A committed, self-motivated team leader. . Familiarity with, and ability to implement quality-control and standard operating systems is essential. This is a very hands-on position requiring an organized and detailed oriented candidate with good computer knowledge.

COMPENSATION:
Commensurate with experience and qualifications.Health & Dental Insurance, 401(k) Plan, CMAA Membership Package.
