Black Rock Country Club is a family oriented private club with over 375 members. The Club is open year round and features a well maintained 18 hole championship course. Amenities include a 42,500 square foot Clubhouse with a full-service member dining room, bar, open air terrace, function facilities, board room, golf pro shop, as well as two swimming pools with poolside café, five tennis courts, two paddle courts, and a recreation/fitness center offering child care, weight room, fitness classes.

DINING ROOM MANAGER

FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
Black Rock Country Club is a family oriented private club with over 375 members. The Club is open year round and features a well maintained 18 hole championship course. POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Dining Room Manager is responsible for all areas of dining including a la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main dining room and outside terraced areas. Also responsible to work with Function Coordinator on the timely set up of private and Club events. You will be an ambassador to uphold the traditions and service standards of Black Rock Country Club. He or she will be responsible for the recruitment and development of a strong service and beverage staff. He or she will insure professional and personable member interaction in all dining areas and work closely with the Director of Food & Beverage Operations and House Committee to ensure excellence in service.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, Jonas Software, Members First Web. Service experience preferred. Previous private club experience preferred. Ability to handle multiple tasks. Ability to develop an operational team and delegate responsibility. Displays an attention to detail. Knowledge of food and wine. TIPS and ServeSafe trained.


COMPENSATION:
Commensurate with experience. 30% Benefits package.
