The Club's facilities include a recently renovated Dining room and lounge, Function facilities, outside dining and Bar service. A strong Sailing program, guest rooms, and waterfront facilities. Club docks, launch service, and strong Club racing and cruising program. The Club hosts many prestigious Sailing events during the year and has a strong reputation as a Sailing venue. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, POS (Club Soft knowledge is a plus). Previous private club experience preferred. Ability to handle multiple tasks. Ability to develop an operational team and delegate responsibility. Displays an attention to detail. Knowledge of food and wine. . He/she shall work closely with the General Manager, particularly regarding food & beverage operations, function management, payroll, employee recruitment, training and retention, budgets and clubhouse operations. He or she will be responsible for the recruitment and development of a strong food and beverage team as well as staffing for all departments within your purview. He or she will insure professional and personable member interaction in all areas. A committed, self-motivated team leader. TIPS and ServeSafe trained.

COMPENSATION:
Commensurate with experience
