SERVICE DIRECTOR (Dining and Functions) / ASSISTANT MANAGER

FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
112 year old member owned country club with 350 members. Athletic facilities include an 18-hole golf course and an outdoor pool. Dining facilities include a 45 seat casual grill room, a 90 seat formal dining room and a 200 seat banquet facility

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The Service Director will report directly to the General Manager and is expected to work collaboratively with the house committee. The preferred candidate will have an associate's degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the hospitality industry; preferably in a private club setting. He or she will be a highly detailed, “hands on” manager with excellent communication skills. The chosen candidate will work very closely with the Director of Sales, to make certain every detail is executed as planned on function execution and will expand and maintain a level of a la carte service that is line with the Franklin Country Club standard.

COMPENSATION:
$35,000 - $40,000
