SERVICE MANAGER
FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
In June 2011 Tedesco Country Club will be opening a state of the art new 29,000 square foot clubhouse that will emulate the beauty and charm of an early 20th century seaside estate home. Our clubhouse will provide the members with a dramatic grill room, family dining, indoor and outdoor function space, and panoramic views of our golf course. Additionally we will offer a fitness center, indoor hitting bay, luxurious locker rooms and outdoor amenities. Tedesco Country Club was founded in 1903 and boasts a proud tradition of both golf and hospitality. Our members truly have a passion for golf and the addition of such a well appointed clubhouse will serve to offer an unparalleled experience in the future.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
We are searching for a versatile, innovative individual with a selfless, affable nature and a desire to develop professionally within the hospitality field. The successful candidate will be given a rare opportunity to help lead our team through the opening of a stunning new clubhouse. Desirable attributes include an understanding of a club environment, a firm grasp of food and beverage, and an ability to bring out the best in your team. As a member of our management team your insights, creativity, and leadership will directly contribute to our success. COMPENSATION:
Compensation package to include salary, education, and incentives
