DINING ROOM MANAGER (SEASONAL)

FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
Member Owned Private Yacht Club

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
A Candidate would benefit with a Hospitality degree and one to three years of experience in club operations. Position requires good computer and POS knowledge. Experience with Jonas system will be beneficial. Candidate's leadership skills will include a "hands on approach" with a proven ability to train and motivate a staff. Attention to detail, a sense of urgency and dedicated to providing fine service should be second nature. strong people skills with an outgoing and friendly personality who truly enjoys engaging with the membership Candidate will be responsible for all food and beverage service operations, including dining room staff training and supervision. This position requires working nights, weekends, and holidays. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to gain experience and develop skills in the private club industry. , Salary is commensurate and Housing stipend will be given.
