GENERAL MANAGER

FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
112 year old member owned country club with 350 members. Athletic facilities include an 18-hole golf course and an outdoor pool. Dining facilities include a 45 seat casual grill room, a 90 seat formal dining room and a 200 seat banquet facility

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The General Manager will report directly to the president and is expected to work collaboratively with all standing committees with special emphasis on the house committee. The preferred candidate will have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years experience in the hospitality industry with a proven track record of strong financial, operational, and personnel management achievements. He or she will be a collaborative leader with excellent communication and hospitality skills and possess an infectious passion and "hands-on" work ethic that will be apparent to all members and staff at Franklin Country Club
