BANQUET CHEF

FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
The Wellesley Country Club was founded in 1910, is a 700 member private country club in Wellesley MA. With a vibrant 18 hole golf course, tennis, athletic and swim club community. Our two year old clubhouse with state of the art kitchen facility, is the perfect site for golf outing, intimate wedding, member function or corporate meetings. Dining facilities include three ala carte dining rooms, an outdoor terrace, 200 and a 40 seat banquet room.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The Banquet Chef will be highly self motivated, hands on, creative chef that will assist the Executive Chef in the planning, preparation and execution of all member and private functions, also as needed in the a la carte dinning. The ideal candidate will be involved in menu planning, food and labor cost control, production, and sanitation of the food and cleanliness of the kitchen. The chef must be able to develop, manage, and communicate with their culinary team and other managers. All candidates must have at least 4 years of experience with a serve safe certificate. The club operates 7 days a week in the summer months and 5 days in the winter months for the membership with a vibrant special event and banquet calendar. Salary based on experience including benefits, health insurance and vacation.



COMPENSATION:
Dependant on experience.
