POOL DIRECTOR

FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
The Eastern Yacht Club was established in 1870 and has established itself as one of the most distinguished yacht clubs in America. Overlooking Marblehead's breathtaking harbor, the Eastern Yacht Club offers its members and guests a wealth of opportunities to enjoy summer on sea and on land. The Eastern Clubhouse is home to three dining rooms, a clubroom, a living room, a porch that overlooks the harbor and several guest rooms, and is located at 47 Foster Street on Marblehead Neck. The surrounding property includes an Olympic-sized swimming pool, baby pool, six tennis courts, two paddle tennis courts, and the Eastern pier, pier house, gangway and dock.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
We are currently opening a search for a new Pool Director. The Pool Director's main objective will be to maintain a clean, safe and enjoyable environment at the pool and surrounding areas for members and their families. In addition to a proven track record as a team leader in an aquatics environment, the ideal candidate will possess diplomacy and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, work well with all age groups from children to adult members, and be an enthusiastic leader to the pool staff. Certifications: Pool Operators License, CPR/O2, First Aid, Lifeguard, WSI or experience instructing. Prior experience as a manager/leader of a pool facility and/or a swim club or team required.



COMPENSATION:
Competitive salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience
