DINING ROOM MANAGER

FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
Founded in 1895, Wollaston Golf Club is a private, Member owned 18-hole golf club located in Milton, Massachusetts, just 7 miles South of Boston. Wollaston features multiple dining facilities and function rooms, an 18-hole golf course, swimming pool and four outdoor tennis courts.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
We are seeking an experienced Dining Room Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of professionalism, outstanding communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality. He/she must be able to exhibit excellent people skills in dealing with Members, fellow management and staff. The Dining Room Manager will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating the staff, ensuring that they are providing our Members with the highest level of service possible. This person must also be able to open and close the property as well as understand that, seasonally more coverage is necessary and that hours will vary.

COMPENSATION:
Commensurate upon experience.
