CLUB MANAGER
FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
The Club Manager is responsible for the successful and efficient operation of the Needham Golf Club facility(new facility to open May 2011)including its care and maintenance and the supervision of the food and beverage service program. The Club Manager reports directly to the Club President and/or his/her designee and the Board of Directors. The Manager is directly responsible for the day to day operations of the Club including its activities and the relationship between the Club, the Board of Directors, members, guests and town officials.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous successful experience in the hospitality or private club industry; strong interpersonal and communication skills; present a friendly and welcoming demeanor; and have demonstrated success in the recruitment, training and development of a strong service oriented team
COMPENSATION:
Compensation Range-$65,000-$75,000 depending on experience with benefits
