EXECUTIVE CHEF

FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
The Club was established in 1885 and is member owned with approx. 500 members. Facilities include full service waterfront operation, tennis courts and pool. Dining facilities include 140 seat dining roomm,90 seat porch dining, 60 seat casual dining area and can seat up to 200 for private events. We are open from the end of April to the end of October.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The Executive Chef position is a hands on posiotion that will include overseeing all food production. teh Chef is responsible for menu development, food purchasing and is accountable for food and kitchen labor budgets. The Executive Chef will report to the clubhouse general manager and will work in conjunction with the assistant manager to ensure that members and their guests are satified with the dining experience. The ideal candidate must have strong managerial skills. A minimum of 3-5 years in hotel or private club setting is required.

COMPENSATION:
Commensurate with experience.
