MEMBERSHIP DIRECTOR
FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
Ledgemont Country Club was founded in 1924 and has a long history of being one of Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusett's exceptional private country clubs. We are home to an expertly maintained 18 hole Bucolic golf course, driving range, swimming pool and tennis courts. Our magnificent clubhouse includes formal and informal dining and is sought for weddings and other functions.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The Membership Director, under the supervision of the Club Manager and in consultation with the Membership Committee, is responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans to attract new members, golf outings, business meetings, weddings and other social functions; maintain database of prospects; maintain high level of member satisfaction. The focus for this position is membership recruitment-retention - relations. The person we seek must be energetic, a self starter and be willing to have high visibility in the community as well as at Ledgemont. The Membership Director will be part of the Management team and must be willing to accept other duties as assigned by the Club Manager.
