CLUB MANAGER
FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
Ledgemont Country Club was founded in 1924 and has a long history of being one of Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts' exceptional private country clubs. We are home to an expertly maintained 18 hole bucolic golf course, driving range, swimming pool and tennis courts. Our magnificent clubhouse includes formal and informal dining and is sought for weddings and other functions.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The Club Manager, in conformity with Board established policies, is responsible for the overall operation of our prestigious private country club. The manager's primary responsibility is to provide direction, oversight and strategic initiatives to improve the operation and long-term viability of Ledgemont Country Club. The Club Manager must have strong leadership qualities and be visible to the membership with a hands on approach. Requirements include: Previous management experience in the Private Club or Hospitality industries. Experience in membership recruitment and retention is desired.
