AQUATICS DIRECTOR

FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
Established in 1897, member owned Country Club with 685 members. Two outdoor pools, pool locker room building, and free standing snack bar. Pool operation open 7 days per week from late May through Labor Day.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Under the direction of the Clubhouse Manager and Pool Committee, the Aquatics Director administers the policies, procedures, and programs of Brae Burn Country Club relating to all Aquatics activities. Hires and supervises all aquatic personnel (including swim team coach and diving coach) and is ultimately responsible for swimming pool and aquatic safety as well as swimming pool and locker room maintenance and housekeeping. Aquatics Director is responsible for staff supervision, budget accountability, membership involvement and program development. Candidate must have a passion for administering programs and services in a high quality environment which is centered on member service.

COMPENSATION:
Seasonal/Salaried position-Exempt
