DIRECTOR OF MEMBERSHIP SALES
FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
Full service 18 hole country club with a 19,000 square foot clubhouse features amenities for all membership levels: a state of the art golf shop, locker room facilities equipped with washrooms, wellness room, and two dining facilities complete with outdoor patio seating. Sterling National also offers three banquet facilities for those members who wish to entertain social or corporate guests: our Sterling room, Duncan room, and Windsor Room.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Responsible for the development, and implementation of all Club's marketing and sales objectives, programs, market research, concept positioning, promotion and public relations, and to meet or exceed membership performance objectives.The ideal candidate must be a take charge professional to manage membership department, develop internal & external marketing strategies and implement all membership sales responsibilities as it relates to new member matriculation. Responsible for soliciting membership/banquet business and ensuring members/customer satisfaction with all functions booked. Good management, strong organizational, administrative & reporting skills mandatory. Position requires a public relations personality, self confidence,and professional mannerisms. Previous marketing/sales experience in the private club or hospitality industry is a plus but not mandatory.
