BANQUET MANAGER

FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
A Private Country Club located on the North Shore of Boston in Ipswich, MA. Ipswich Country Club is a full service Club open 12 months offering golf, fitness, tennis, and swim with the following food and beverage outlets: private dining room, two banquet rooms, beverage cart, and swim & tennis outlet.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The candidate must have prior experience in Clubs, preferably in a supervisory capacity The candidate must have demonstrated supervisory skills, teaching and motivational skills, the ability to communicate verbally and in writing, promotional skills, a team player, considerate, patient and willing to help out fellow employee partners, a friendly and outgoing personality, will maintain a character of professionalism and enthusiasm for the job and for the Club, able to work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail, ability to handle more than one task at a time, skilled in time management, flexible and able to adjust to change to meet the needs of the Club and the Members, able to tolerate pressure and work calmly and efficiently during busy times.

COMPENSATION:
Commensurate with experience
