JOB OPENING-ASSISTANT CLUBHOUSE MANAGER-THE COUNTRY CLUB-Chestnut Hill, MA
The Country Club, the oldest country club in the United States, is a year-round social and recreational facility. There are 1300 members who enjoy using the Club throughout the year, with such opportunities as twenty-seven holes of golf, five indoor and four outdoor Har-Tru clay tennis courts, three paddle courts and squash, curling building with four sheets of ice, outdoor ice skating and hockey facilities, two skeet shooting ranges, a large swimming pool and also a fitness center. The clubhouse has formal and informal dining rooms and event spaces. Catering occurs at all sporting areas on the property. The Country Club has hosted 15 USGA Championship Events, as well as the 1999 Ryder Cup Matches. The US Amateur will be contested at The Country Club in August 2013.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. The qualified candidate should have a college degree, preferably in the field of Hospitality/Business Management. The candidate should also have 5-7 years of experience in the private club industry, as well as strong professional references. The individual should demonstrate a passion and depth of knowledge regarding fine dining and event services, as well as interest in sporting activities.

COMPENSATION:
Based on experience.
