DIRECTOR OF CATERING

FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
Established in 1894, Member owned Golf Club with approximately 560 members. Facilities include 18 hole Donald Ross Course, Paddle Courts, Tennis Courts and Pool. Dining Facilities include @130 seat casual grill room, 40 seat Tavern (Cape Club). The Club has seating for 250pl for events. We are open Six days a week Feburary thru December.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal Candidate will have 3+ years of experience (preferably in a club setting). The Candidate should be passionate, extremely well organized and have excellent customer service skills. The Director of Catering will be responsible for the management and training of all event staff. Ability to create/plan menu’s for special event’s and member event’s are a high priority. The Club has seating for 250pl for event’s. Four year degree preferred, but not necessary. This position reports to the General Manager.


COMPENSATION:
Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications. $50 - $55K Range
