FACILITY DESCRIPTION:
The Oak Hill Country Club, founded in 1921, is a 400 member private country club located in Fitchburg, MA on Route 2. OHCC’s picturesque scenery of gently rolling hills, tree lined fairways and manicured greens make it an ideal private 18 hole course and a perfect site for a company golf outing, a special occasion function, corporate meeting or intimate wedding reception. Our Clubhouse houses a state-of-the art kitchen facility. Athletic facilities, aside from golf, includes an outdoor pool and tennis courts. Dining facilities include a 90-seat casual dining room, a 24-seat outdoor terrace and elegant banquet facilities for 180. The club is open April 1st to December 23rd.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Sous Chef will be an exceptional cook with experience in ordering, scheduling (controlling labor costs), and maintaining food costs. He or she will be a collaborative leader with excellent communication and hospitality skills and possess an infectious passion and a “hands-on” work ethic that will be apparent to all members and staff at Oak Hill Country Club.

COMPENSATION:
Salary is based on experience and will include health benefits, 401K, and vacation. This position is available immediately.
