FUNCTION MANAGER

FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
Founded in 1895, Wollaston Golf Club is a private, member owned 18-hole golf club located in Milton, Massachusetts. The golf course, designed by golf architects George and Tom Fazio, has played host to a number of championships over the years. Wollaston features dining facilities and function rooms, an 18 hole golf course, swimming pool and four outdoor tennis courts.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The Function Manager must be detail oriented and possess excellent organizational skills. Exceptional written and oral communication skills are a must. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and able to solve problems quickly and calmly. Strong work ethic and professional demeanor are essential for this position. A passionate enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service to our members is extremely important. Applicant must have previous experience executing successful events of all types. The Function Manager will be responsible for the management and training of all function staff. Ability to generate BEO's through catering software is required. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel is mandatory.
