FOOD SERVICE/BEVERAGE MANAGER

FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
Oakley Country Club is a 112 year old private club with 500 members. The Club is open 11 months a year and features an 18 hole Donald Ross designed golf course, 3 tennis courts, pool, snack bar, Grille Room, Formal Dining Room, Pub and Ballroom.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years supervisory experience in a food service operation and be proficient in beverage purchasing, pricing and controls. Private Country Club experience preferred but not required. Candidate must have a professional appearance, strong communication and organizational skills with an outgoing personality. Job duties include hiring, training, disciplining, supervising the staff and restaurant supervisors. Must be able to motivate staff to ensure the highest standards of quality service on a consistent basis. The successful candidate will be interacting with members and guests and will be expected to exhibit the highest level of customer service and attention to detail. The Food Service / Beverage Manager will be the closing Manager for the Clubhouse 5 nights a week. Candidate must be skilled in the use of Excel, Word, Jonas and Publisher.

COMPENSATION:
Salary based on experience: $40,000 - $45,000. Benefits include medical and dental benefits, 401K, Vacation, limited golf privileges and Sick Time.
