ASSISTANT MANAGER
FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
18 hole private country Club considered a hidden gem.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
works under the direction of the Club Manager,and is responsible for the all food and beverage service. He/she will work with the Exective Chef in the planing of menues and inventory controls. The canidate will work in the management of the beverage operation. Work in the planning and implication of the budget. Over sees the daily operation and financial controlls. tw to three years experience as a Dining Room manager or Function Manager.
COMPENSATION:
Salary 35,000 to 40,000
