Facilities Description
Boston Golf Club, located in Hingham, Massachusetts, is a club defined by its golf course. A course that evokes the feeling of courses built during the Golden Age of Architecture by Donald Ross, Alister MacKenzie, William Flynn and C.B. MacDonald. The Main House presents an atmosphere of comfort and camaraderie. The Club’s carefully selected members take pleasure in the unmatched service and convenience. It’s all about golf at Boston Golf Club. In every sense, the Club is a true golfer’s paradise.
Position Qualification
The ideal candidate will have a least one to three year’s food and beverage management experience, preferably in a private club setting. This is a key, management position with high visibility, and responsible for establishing the highest possible standards of service excellence for our members.
The applicant should be a team player, desire a busy work schedule particularly in the summer months, show the ability to train and mentor staff, work cohesively with the Chef, oversee all staff scheduling, manage member events, beverage ordering, as well as knowledge of POS systems.
COMPENSATION:
Commensurate with experience, benefits include health and dental, 401k plan, FSA, paid time off and CMAA membership.
