DINING ROOM MANAGER

FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
The club was founded in 1923 and features a Donald Ross design golf course and a newly renovated member casual dining area and patio. The club is open six days a week from Easter through November, and five days a week from November to Easter.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The Dining Room Manager will be the face of the club to the membership. High visibility will be crucial. Experience in a private club setting is preferred, but not necessary. Understanding the concept of service to a discriminating clientele is a must. The successful candidate will be expected to develop and maintain a highly skilled ala carte service team. The Dining Room Manager is responsible for hiring, scheduling and training of the front of the house staff. There will be an emphasis on continuous training. Thorough knowledge of point of sale systems is required.

COMPENSATION:
This is a full time, year round position. A competitive wage and benefit package will be negotiated for the right candidate.
