RESTAURANT EXECUTIVE CHEF
FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
Pleasant Valley Country Club is a private 18 hole championship course that has hosted 33 PGA Tour events and 14 LPGA events. Established in 1961 in Sutton, MA. On Site facilities include 6 functions rooms with seating for up to 600 people, 100 seat dining room, swimming pool and concession services. The dining room is open 6 days a week in golfing season.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Restaurant Executive Chef with experience in a private club environment. Must be highly organized, creative and hands on. Expertise in planning and executing member dining and member special events essential. Must be proficient in menu creation, food and labor costing and controls and recruiting and training a first rate team.
COMPENSATION:
Salary to commensurate with experience
