DINING ROOM MANAGER

FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
Established in 1894, Member owned Golf Club with approximately 560 members. Facilities include 18 hole Donald Ross Course, Paddle Courts, Tennis Courts and Pool. Dining Facilities include @130 seat casual grill room,40 seat Tavern (Cape Club). The Club has seating for 250 pl for events. We are open six days a week Feburary thru December.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The Ideal Candidate will have at least one to three years management experience (preferably in a private club setting). The Candidate must possess a sense of urgency in member dining as well as an ability to create a harmonious, team oriented working environment with staff and department heads. The candidate will be expected to maintain high visibility with the membership and staff in all areas of the club. The Dining Room Manager is responsible for scheduling, training and recruitment of service staff (work closely with Banquet Director) in assuring a high standard of service and managing budgets. Four year degree preferred , but not necessary, strong hospitality and pos experience is required. This position reports to the General Manager.


COMPENSATION:
