CLUB MANAGER
FACILITIES DESCRIPTION:
The Misq. Club is a 115 year old (seasonal) private club with a golf club, tennis facility and seperate beach club. The Club operates for seven monthes with the peak period defined as June-September. Seating at the Golf Club is +/- 250 guests and seating at the Beach Club is also +/- 250 guests. Gross dollar volume $4.8 million, food $900,000, Beverage $300,000. +/- 75 hospitality and related employees. The Club serves a national membership on one mile of RI coastline.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate should have +/- 3.0 years of Club Management experience in all types of food, beverage, service, staff training, scheduling and P.O.S. Programming. Only very responsible and mature individuals need apply. The position requires exceptional leadership skills, a sense of urgency and keen eye for detail. The prior two individuals in this position have gone on to take their own GM jobs at exceptional private clubs.
COMPENSATION:
Year round or seasonal options to be discussed $35,000-$49,000, room and board, health insurance, 401K after one year of service.
