DENNIS PINES AND DENNIS HIGHLANDS GOLF COURSES, Dennis, Massachusetts ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF GOLF OPERATIONS
FACILITIES DESCRIPTION: Located in the Mid-Cape area of Cape Cod, the Town is the proud owner of two (2) public play championship golf courses. Each course accommodates over 50,000 rounds of golf annually as well as hosting several local, regional and state amateur and professional golf tournaments.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: This individual is responsible for overseeing and directing all administrative/financial responsibilities for the golf administration. Major responsibilities include coordination and direction of seasonal pro shop staff, purchasing, budget preparation and capital planning. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator with solid interpersonal and organizational skills; must have strong financial knowledge (planning, preparation, administration); and have the ability to establish and manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Minimum qualifications include an associate's degree in business management or equivalent, five (5) or more years experience in business management with a strong financial and accounting background, and the daily operation of a golf course with supervisory authority.
COMPENSATION: Salary and benefits to be commensurate with qualifications. The Town of Dennis is an AA/EEO employer.
